Texans' C.J. Stroud Recalls Impact Of Playing in Snoop Dogg's Youth Football League

Houston Texans star C.J. Stroud's path to becoming one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL as a rookie began as a 12-year-old playing in Snoop Dogg's youth football league.

Speaking to ESPN's DJ Bien-Aime, Stroud talked about the learning experience he went through playing in the league created by the hip-hop icon in 2005:

"I was so competitive and wanted to win so I was like 'I have to find a way to be a leader and relate to these guys.' That was my first step. I started hanging out with guys off the field, my mom would have kids come over and spend the night.
