Boca Juniors president Daniel Angelici feels it is "almost impossible" to envisage Carlos Tevez remaining at the club as he considers a lucrative offer to move to the Chinese Super League.
Shanghai Shenhua are reported to have put forward a contract that would make the former Manchester City and Juventus forward the highest-paid footballer in the world.
Tevez, 32, appeared to wave goodbye to his boyhood club as Boca beat Colon 4-1 at La Bombonera on Sunday and Angelici believes it was indeed farewell.
"I want him to stay but you see the numbers and the proposal from China is very strong," he told La Red.
