Terence Crawford and Viktor Postol are the best fighters in the junior welterweight division. On Saturday night, they battle not only for belts, but to see who the baddest boxer is at 140 pounds.
Crawford, 28, has a 28-0 record with 20 of those wins by knockouts and is the WBO junior welterweight champion. Postol, 32, is also undefeated in 28 fights and is the WBC super lightweight champ.
Despite the matchup, the 9 p.m. ET HBO pay-per-view fight at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas has rankled fans and boxing pundits. HBO decided to not buy the fight, so Top Rank promoter Bob Arum had no choice but to go the PPV route in order to pay Crawford and Postol's salaries.
