As the league gears up for the 2025 NFL draft in just a few weeks, individual teams are also preparing for offseason workout programs. These workouts are a critical component of training, teaching, and the physical conditioning of players. It keeps them in game shape, provides an opportunity for newly acquired players to begin the bonding process with their new teams, and it gives coaches an early look at where their team is starting.
There are three phases of offseason workouts. Phase one is the first two weeks and activities are limited to meetings, strength and conditioning, and injury rehab.
