The NCAA transfer portal spring window for football remains open through Friday.
Tennessee redshirt senior defensive back Jakobe Thomas will enter the transfer portal.
"Tennessee safety Jakobe Thomas is entering the NCAA transfer portal, per Eugene T. Lee of 3 Strand Sports," Pete Thamel of ESPN announced. "Thomas played last season at Tennessee and has one year of eligibility remaining. He started his career at Middle Tennessee State."
The 6-foot-2, 202-pound defensive back appeared in 13 games for the Vols in his only season at Tennessee. He totaled 22 tackles, three tackles for a loss, one sack, two pass deflections and fumble recovery.
