Syracuse defensive backs Chauncey Scissum and Corey Winfield are hospitalized after allegedly being stabbed by former DB Naesean Howard on Saturday, according to Syracuse.com.
Winfield is in stable condition, while Scissum's condition is unknown, according to the report, but police don't consider their injuries to be life-threatening.

Police charged Howard with two counts of assault after the stabbings. Howard, 20, left the Orange in 2014 but was readmitted to the school early this year. However, he was not allowed to rejoin the football team.
