Sting's halftime performance at the NBA All-Star Game was much like the game itself. Some people liked it, some people didn't like it and ultimately it was harmless.
The 64-year-old singer and excellent beard grower sang, as Carmelo Anthony put it, "tons of hits" Sunday night for the Toronto crowd.

"Desert Rose," "Message in a Bottle," and "Every Breath You Take" were all part of Sting's setlist. Sting did pretty much exactly what you would expect him to do.
