The Pittsburgh Steelers' pursuit of a new wide receiver is still active.
Dianna Russini of The Athletic reported that the Steelers are "still looking for a wide receiver" ahead of Tuesday's NFL trade deadline.
This comes after a failed push for San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk in the offseason and another for then-Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams during the regular season. Aiyuk would eventually sign a four-year extension with San Francisco while Adams would be dealt to the New York Jets.
Pittsburgh has had a strong start to the year and currently leads the AFC North with a 6-2 record.
