On the same day quarterback Ben Roethlisberger returned to the field after missing four games, the Steelers lost their most dynamic playmaker, running back Le'Veon Bell, midway through the second quarter after his right knee was twisted badly while getting tackled near the Steelers sidelines.
According to CBS Sports sideline reporter Evan Washburn, Bell couldn't put weight on his leg as he stood on the sidelines being evaluated, and took a cart to the locker room.
The Steelers announced that Bell was being evaluated outside the stadium and won't return to the game.
