The rain is pouring in Green Bay and it's probably a good thing, because it kept a couple salty old dogs from getting too emotional during the halftime retirement ceremony for Brett Favre at Lambeau Field.
Packers legends Favre and Bart Starr -- whose No. 15 is already retired at Lambeau -- met up for a soggy celebration of Favre's No. 4 being unveiled on the wall of fame. Favre, who set numerous NFL records during his 16 seasons in Green Bay, made Packers history again: He is the first player to have his number retired and be inducted into the Packers Hall of Fame at the same time.
