Brooklyn Nets guard Spencer Dinwiddie tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday, according to The Athletic’s Shams Charania, and has been experiencing symptoms.
With the NBA season set to resume next month at Walt Disney World in Florida, Dinwiddie’s plans for the restart are now up in the air.
“Over the past few months, I have been diligent about protecting myself and others from COVID-19 by following all designated protocol and quarantining,” Dinwiddie said, via The Athletic. “I was ready and prepared to rejoin my teammates as we were to be an early entry team in the resumed season.
