Martavis Bryant (knee) was activated to the 53-man roster Tuesday.
Bryant is believed to have suffered a minor knee injury last week, but it may only delay his 2015 debut by one game. It will be interesting to see how he is used, as the Pittsburgh Steelers made it clear during the preseason that Markus Wheaton would work ahead of Bryant in two-wide formations. Wheaton had a long touchdown in Monday's loss to the Chargers, but he has otherwise been underwhelming in Bryant's absence, even losing some snaps to Darrius Heyward-Bey. Bryant is clearly the Steelers' second-most talented receiver, but between workload concerns and Ben Roethlisberger's (knee) likely absence -- not to mention his own knee issue -- expectations for the next few weeks should be modest.
