Source: RB Anderson could return in 4 weeks

Denver Broncos running back C.J. Anderson could return in as little as four weeks after having a minor arthroscopic procedure to repair the meniscus in his right knee, a source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter on Friday.

Anderson, who is out indefinitely, tweeted about the surgery Friday morning and called it a "super success."

Surgery was a super success been resting all day. FaceTime all my teammates got some good laughs #blessed love them boys

If the Broncos elect to put Anderson on injured reserve, he has to be out for at least six weeks before he can return to practice and has to be out for a minimum of eight weeks before he can play in a game.
