Snedeker leads Dustin Johnson by one entering Sunday at RBC Canadian Open

Brandt Snedeker posted a 6-under 66 on Saturday to vault to the top of the leaderboard at the RBC Canadian Open, one stroke ahead of Dustin Johnson and Canadian amateur Jared du Toit.

Snedeker, the 2013 RBC Canadian Open champion excelled in the firm, fast conditions players faced on Saturday on a course that he's extremely comfortable on. He opened his round with a run of five straight birdies from No. 2 to No. 6 and closed his round with an eagle on the par-5 18th to take the lead alone.

While Snedeker was able to score well on Saturday, Dustin Johnson could not open up a lead and distance himself from the field despite being the 36-hole leader.
