Skip Bayless says touchdown celebrations will be the biggest story of the new NFL season

The NFL is relaxing penalties for excessive touchdown celebrations and will allow players to use the ball as a prop in 2017, and also conduct organized team celebrations.

Bengals coach Marvin Lewis has already opposed the changes publicly, but Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown - who was fined three times for his celebrations last year - couldn't be happier.
