Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders has long believed he will end up with the New York Giants during the 2025 NFL draft and that may still be the case, but circumstances have nonetheless changed.
Once thought to be a guarantee at No. 3 overall, Sanders is now considered a toss-up for the Giants.
Needing to address their quarterback room, Giants general manager Joe Schoen went out and re-signed Tommy DeVito before adding two veterans, Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston, into the mix on incentive-laden deals. Their contracts are specifically tuned to playing time.
