A year ago, Sean McVay was contemplating his coaching future as he was on the edge of burnout from the pressures of the NFL.
After a season that saw his Los Angeles Rams defy all expectations and reach the playoffs, McVay says he's reinvigorated.
"I'm so proud of this football team," McVay told reporters after Sunday's Wild Card Round loss to the Detroit Lions. "And the finality of it is still kind of ... it doesn't totally resonate. But man did I learn a lot and really appreciate this group. They helped me find my way again and how much I love this and love the people that I'm around.
