The Seattle Seahawks made the majority of mock draft-picks come true when they selected former North Dakota State offensive lineman Grey Zabel with the No. 18 overall selection in the first round of the 2025 NFL draft. Zabel should immediately help a Seahawks offensive line that is entering the 2025 season with several question marks.
General manager John Schneider was thrilled after making the pick.
"We landed our No. 1 interior offensive linemen in Grey Zabel," Schneider told reporters mere moments after the selection. "He's the highest interior player we've picked since [Hall of Famer] Hutch [Steve Hutchinson].
