Seahawks defensive back Brandon Browner will not face charges stemming from an alleged assault in July, the Los Angeles County district attorney confirmed to ESPN.com on Wednesday.
Browner was accused of assaulting a man at his home in Pomona, Calif., injuring his thumb. The man is the father of a woman who allegedly had a child with Browner. The two were arguing in the driveway when the incident took place.
"The alleged victim is now non-desirous," a report from the Los Angeles district attorney's office read. "The suspect has not been located or interviewed.
