Not only has DJ Burns led NC State to its first Final Four appearance 1983, he's also caught the eye of NFL scouts.
Peter Schrager of Fox Sports reported multiple NFL executives view Burns as a potential NFL offensive tackle. While it's unclear if Burns has any interest in playing football, he would reportedly get a "big turnout" if he participated in a pro day.
Burns is listed at 6'9" and 275 pounds, which would make him one of the tallest players in NFL history. He would also have to bulk up his frame to withstand the rigors of the NFL given most linemen top the 300-pound mark.
