The San Francisco 49ers will institute a rule that makes sure at least one woman is interviewed for every opening on the business side of things, Jane McManus of espnW.com reported on Tuesday.
A league spokesperson also told McManus the 49ers are the first team to "formally announce adopting the initiative."
