The urine-soaked saga continues for U.S. swimmer Ryan Lochte as he's been summoned to testify in a Rio court after falsely reporting a robbery while in Brazil for the Olympics, according to multiple reports.
Lochte claimed he and three other American swimmers were robbed at gunpoint in the early morning of Aug. 14, shortly after the swimming events concluded. After security footage revealed a much different story, Lochte admitted to being intoxicated from a night of partying and said he "over-exaggerated that story" and posted an apology on social media.
Lochte will not face a penalty if he doesn't report to Rio and testify in front of Brazil's Justice Department, Fox News reported.
