Russian swimmers Vladimir Morozov and Nikita Lobintsev, who both were named in the World Anti-Doping Agency's McLaren report and barred from completing in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, will be allowed to swim in Rio after two appeal hearings, Russian news agency TASS reported Thursday.
Morozov and Lobintsev, who train in Los Angeles, were originally barred by FINA, the international swimming governing body, in July, but appealed to the international Court of Arbitration for Sport and the Independent Panel of the International Olympic Committee, which ruled in favor of the swimmers.
