Cornerback Ross Cockrell is on the move once again after agreeing to a two-year, $6.8 million deal with the Carolina Panthers, per Reign Sports Management.
The 26-year-old has already played for three teams in his four-year career.
He was drafted by the Bills in the fourth round in 2014 but was waived after making little impact in his first season. After latching on with the Steelers and becoming a starter for two years, he was dealt to the Giants last offseason.
Cockrell appeared in all 16 games, starting nine, while tallying three interceptions and 50 tackles.
