CHARLOTTE, N.C. — At Tuesday’s NFL owners’ meeting, commissioner Roger Goodell personally addressed for the first time the congressional investigation that found the NFL tried to improperly influence a government brain research study conducted by the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
As expected, Goodell refuted the investigation.
