Quinn Ruled Out for Week 11

According to Myles Simmons of the Rams' official website, the superstar pass-rusher has been downgraded from questionable to out for the team's Week 11 clash with the Baltimore Ravens Sunday.
The news comes on the heels of Quinn claiming he was starting to feel healthier, per ESPN.com's Nick Wagoner.
"Each day it's feeling better and better," Quinn said.
