Rio Olympics 2016: Former NFL RB Jahvid Best smoked by Usain Bolt in 100M prelims

A first-round pick in the 2010 draft, Best's professional football career was cut short after two seaons due to a series of concussions, dating back to his college days at Cal. Back in April, he qualied to represent St. Lucia at the Rio Olympics. However, his dreams of capturing a gold medal were cut short Saturday afternoon. Locked in a preliminary heat that included Jamaica's Usain Bolt (10.07), Best failed to log a fast enough time to advance to the 100M semifinals, recorded a 10.
