Rio Olympics 2016: Badminton player falls through hole during practice

The training rooms for Olympic badminton participants have been poor in Rio, and Danish player Viktor Axelsen got the worst of it.

"When I was in the training hall and came down around the corner [the floor fell apart under me] and I fell into a hole that was approximately 10-15 centimeters deep," he said to Fyens.dk, via a translation. "[I'm] just happy that [nothing more happened]."
