Rio Ferdinand believes Axel Disasi wasn’t far off asking to come off the pitch against Paris Saint Germain on Wednesday evening.
Disasi joined Villa on loan in January and is expected to leave Chelsea in the summer, with it clear he’s not part of the plans under Enzo Maresca.
The Frenchman has done well at Villa so far making nine appearances in all competitions, and has also been deployed at right back by Unai Emery.
Disasi had difficult time against PSG
Disasi was introduced at half time in place of Matty Cash in the Champions League quarter final against the French champions with the score level at 1-1.
