UFC owners Lorenzo and Frank Fertitta, and president Dana White, have agreed to sell most all of their majority stake in the mixed martial arts company to the WME-IMG group for $4 billion, according to the New York Times and other reports. An announcement is expected as early as Monday.
The Fertittas and White, who himself has a nine percent stake in the company, will all continue to hold a small percentage of ownership. White will remain on as president and CEO, according to Brett Okamoto of ESPN.
