WWE has released two wrestlers from its NXT United Kingdom brand, Travis Banks and El Ligero, after recent allegations of sexual misconduct, according to ESPN's Marc Raimondi.
Both were recently named online as part of a social media movement, #SpeakingOut, which saw a number of allegations of rape, sexual assault and other misconduct surface across all levels of professional wrestling. There have been consequences for several high-profile performers accused of misconduct in recent weeks.
Last week, WWE released Jack Gallagher following sexual assault allegations. WWE said it is also investigating claims made against Jordan Devlin and Matt Riddle.
