Houston Texans safety Jalen Pitre was taken to a local hospital after suffering a bruised lung in the team's loss Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero.
Pitre, 24, suffered the injury when he caught a knee to the chest from Ravens' quarterback Lamar Jackson during the 25-9 loss.
Pelissero reported the former second-round pick "should be okay," though he may remain hospitalized for the night for observation.
