Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders reportedly left a strong impression on NFL talent evaluators at the East-West Shrine Bowl last week.
According to ESPN's Matt Miller, sources said Sanders was "fantastic" in team interviews, adding that he was "confident, funny and comfortable, and he showed teams how much he loves the game of football while also expressing his willingness to work hard to be great at it."
Sanders, who is the son of University of Colorado head football coach and Pro Football Hall of Fame cornerback Deion Sanders, did not participate in Shrine Bowl practices or the game itself, opting to instead focus on meeting with NFL teams.
