Former Las Vegas Raiders, Miami Dolphins and Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Damon Arnette was arrested on Jan. 6 in Richardson, Texas, and charged with possession of less than a gram of meth and unlawful carrying of a firearm, according to Ian Rapoport and Clayton Holloway of NFL Network.
Arnette, 27, was selected by the Raiders with the No. 19 overall pick in the 2019 NFL draft. He played in just 13 games with the team across two seasons, however, registering 29 tackles and three passes defensed.
The Raiders released him in November 2021 after video surfaced online of him appearing to threaten another person's life while holding multiple guns.
