Former NBA center Samuel Dalembert has been charged with two counts of battery following an incident involving his girlfriend and his girlfriend's cousin Sunday evening. According to a police report from the Boca Raton police department, officers were sent to Dalembert's home Sunday night after a hang-up call to 911 came in from Dalembert's home.
Dalembert became upset and allegedly pushed his girlfriend down and choked her cousin because he was upset that his girlfriend was taking their two children to Orlando. He was "arrested on two counts of battery and released from jail," according to the Associated Press.
