Redskins' Josh Norman to appeal $10K fine for bow-and-arrow celebration

Redskins cornerback Josh Norman plans to appeal the huge fine levied against him for celebrating with an imaginary bow and arrow on Sunday.

Norman intercepted Browns quarterback Cody Kessler in the fourth quarter of Washington's 31-20 victory over Cleveland, which prompted him to make the motion. The Redskins were hit with a 15-yard penalty, and Norman received a $10,000 fine.

"I have my speech on it and we'll see what happens," Norman said of the appeal, via ESPN.com. "I hope and pray they eliminate the $10,000 fine. That was too much. At the same time we'll see how it goes and whatever the outcome is, I respect it and I respect the league and what they're trying to do.
