Red Sox pitcher offers debate star Ken Bone tickets to ALDS game

Ken Bone was the unquestioned winner of Sunday night's presidential debate. Now the world is opening up for him.

The red-sweatered Illinoisan immediately became Internet-famous after asking Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump about energy policy near the end of their showdown in St. Louis. That led to interviews with CNN and the New York Times, among other outlets, on Monday, along with one of the true perks of celebrity — free tickets to a game.

Red Sox reliever Joe Kelly tweeted Monday that he planned to leave Bone tickets to his team's American League Division Series game against the Cleveland Indians later in the day.
