A few innings after belting the 11th postseason homer of his young career, Tampa Bay Rays star Randy Arozarena found an even more thrilling way to put a run on the board.
He executed a straight steal of home.
Arozarena darted to the plate in the seventh inning behind the back of lefty Boston Red Sox reliever Josh Taylor. The sneak attack put the Rays up 5-0 in Game 1 of the ALDS.
It was the first postseason steal of home since Javier Baez in the 2016 NLCS, but that theft was not on a straight steal.
