Ray Bourque’s blood-alcohol registered an astounding .249 at the time of his arrest last week, according to North Andover Eagle Tribune. The legal limit in Massachusetts is 0.08.
The Bruins' Hall of Fame defenseman rear-ended a minivan around 11:30 p.m. on Friday, Andover police Chief Patrick Keefe said in a statement. Nobody was hurt in the accident.

Bourque, 55, pleaded not guilty Monday at his arraignment after being charged with operating under the influence of liquor and following another vehicle too closely.
