For the first time since Joe Carter's walk-off home run in the 1993 World Series, postseason baseball was played in Toronto on Thursday afternoon. Before the game, the Blue Jays unveiled their 2015 AL East champs banner at Rogers Centre:
Needless to say, the crowd was raucous. It's been a long time since they've seen postseason baseball. The ceremonial first pitch was thrown by Cito Gaston, who managed the Blue Jays to back-to-back World Series championships in 1992-93.
