NASCAR's hopes to run the rain-delayed Pennsylvania 400 today at Pocono Race, but more rain is in the forecast, making the running and completion of the race today iffy as well.
The race is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. but mist and fog could be a problem. The track also battled weepers on Sunday and again Monday morning.
It appears a delay is more likely than not unless mist lifts soon, get good breeze & no weepers. Tall order #NASCAR https://t.co/Kbss3cDhlA

Scattered showers are expected throughout the afternoon, with weather experts putting the chances of completing all 400 miles at 50 to 60 percent.
