Who says Bill Belichick is all substance and no style? The New England Patriots apparently are leaving no stone unturned in their search for talent, inviting kicker Josh Gable, who is known for his trick-shot videos, to their upcoming minicamp, ESPN reported Thursday.
Gable, a 26-year-old Nebraska native, has been showing off his considerable skills for the Nebraska Danger of the Indoor Football League and on social media, where he’s displayed his leg strength, creativity and accuracy.
Gable’s agent, Brad Berkowitz, told ESPN that his client was named second-team all-state as a freshman and first-team all-star as a sophomore and senior in high school, opting not to play his junior year to work out with the U.
