The stadium being built in Las Vegas for the Raiders when they relocate to the city will include folding doors that can be opened to reveal a view of the famous Vegas Strip, per the Las Vegas Review-Journal:

"I like the opening doors," team president Marc Badain told Richard N. Velotta of the Las Vegas Review-Journal. "I like having some form of an outdoor venue, and I think that accomplishes that here.
