After he started just two of the team's 10 games, the New York Jets announced Monday they waived Quinton Coples.
According to ESPN's Josina Anderson, Coples is looking forward to the next opportunity:

The Jets selected Coples 16th overall in the 2012 draft, and in his first three seasons, he collected 16.
