The Haas F1 team got both its cars into the points for the first time when Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen finished eighth and 10th, respectively, in Monaco.
Grosjean had an untroubled race from eighth on the grid, gaining a spot from Sergio Perez and losing one to Lewis Hamilton.
Meanwhile, Magnussen was hampered when he had a tire puncture, and had to make an extra stop. Attrition ahead helped him regain ground.
“I think in general we are all pleased,” team principal Guenther Steiner told FOX Sports. “For Kevin to pick up a puncture, it was like, who else but him?
