A radio station in Philadelphia got tired of complaining about Dallas Cowboys defensive end Greg Hardy.
On the same day that Deadspin released photos of his ex-girlfriend after the 278-pound pass-rusher allegedly assaulted her, members of the Josh Innes Show took action.
They created a GoFundMe page to raise money for the Genesis Women’s Shelter in Dallas. The goal was $3,000—in 24 hours, the page received over $17,000.
Many of the donations were from Eagles fans, who did not mince words about their feelings toward the Cowboys or Hardy.
