Jimmy Walker went wire to wire Sunday to win the PGA Championship at Baltusrol Golf Club at 14 under.
The tournament saved its best for last.
After a sleepy first 16 holes in Round 4 — that featured Walker methodically making pars with few challenging him — the defending PGA champion, Jason Day, gave everyone something to cheer about with a captivating eagle on the final hole. At the same time, Walker made birdie on 17 to take a one-shot lead heading into the final hole.
