Peyton Manning tells his side of sexual assault story in 2003 affidavit

Peyton Manning’s affidavit from a 2003 defamation lawsuit filed by a former University of Tennessee athletic trainer shows his version of an incident that has come under increased scrutiny in recent weeks.

The allegations brought by Jamie Naughright (who went by Jamie Whited at the time) claims Manning committed a lewd act while getting treated for an ankle injury.

In the affidavit, Manning says “I pulled down my shorts for about one second to expose my buttocks to him [Malcolm Saxon, who was nearby], or as is colloquially known, to ‘moon’ him.
