The PGA Tour returns to the beautiful setting of Monterey Peninsula this week. Brandt Snedeker, meanwhile, heads back to Pebble Beach to defend his Pro-Am title.
Snedeker, who has already won once this season, broke the scoring record at this event last year. He will be a threat to repeat as long as fatigue doesn't become a factor. He's playing in his third event in as many weeks.

All three courses at this tournament (Pebble Beach Golf Links, 6,828 yards; Spyglass Hill Golf Club, 6,960 yards; and Monterey Peninsula Country Club Shore Course, 6,873 yards) are all short par 72s that yield a plethora of birdies and scoring opportunities.
