Robert Kraft is already the owner of the Patriots, and he might soon become the partial owner of the UFC.
Kraft's company, the Kraft Group, is one of the investors prepared to contribute between $25 million to $50 million as part of a WME-IMG bid to buy the mixed-martial arts organization, ESPN.com reported. WME, together with the Dalian Wanda Group, is competing with China Media Capital; the two groups have offered up to $4.1 billion for the UFC, the report said.
Brothers Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta, who collectively own 81 percent of the UFC under a company called Zuffa, would likely be keen to have Robert Kraft as an investor.
